Espen is licensed by FIFA as a football agent, as well as being the CEO and one of two cofounders of Feature FA. In addition to being a football agent, Espen is a lawyer and partner at Nova Law, where he specializes in football law. Espen has worked in the football industry since 2011, and has a background from the Norwegian Football Association (NFF), where he was legal director for ten years.

Jamal is a cofounder of Feature FA and a former footballer of Moroccan heritage, born and raised in Norway. After finishing his professional football career, Jamal has held central positions in Puma and Nike, and has had key roles when concluding kit deals with several national teams and top clubs. Jamal is based in Rabat, Morocco, and has a close relationship with the top academies and clubs in Northern Africa.
